In situations where health or life is at stake, the first minutes are often decisive. That is why we see regular first aid training as an essential part of a responsible approach—not only to our work, but also to each other.
On March 16, 15 of our employees took part in a training session focused on the basics of pre-hospital first aid and the use of an AED device. We are very pleased to see such strong interest in this training among our colleagues.
The training was divided into a theoretical and a practical part. During the theoretical session, participants learned key first aid procedures and principles for making the right decisions in emergency situations. This was followed by hands-on practice, where they were able to try everything on a mannequin—including resuscitation and the use of an AED.
We believe that the combination of knowledge and practical training is what gives people the confidence to act quickly and correctly. And that is what matters most.
