Dry-type transformers
Dry-type transformers, sometimes also called "air" or "solid" transformers, do not use a liquid dielectric as a cooling and insulating medium. Instead, the insulation between the coils is solid, often based on epoxy resin or other solid materials. This solution offers several advantages:
- Safety: Dry-type transformers do not contain flammable oil, reducing the risk of fire and environmental damage in the event of a leak.
- Environmental considerations: Dry transformers cannot cause soil and water pollution and are more environmentally friendly.
- Maintenance: Dry-type transformers require less maintenance than oil-filled transformers, which require regular inspection and oil changes.
- Worker safety: Without oil cooling, there is no risk of oil leakage; this is safer for workers on site.
- Applications in unique environments: Dry-type transformers are more suitable for certain environments.

Industrial applications
Industrial applications
Gravity Line dry-type transformers feature not only fire safety, derived from flame-retardant materials and materials that do not produce toxic fumes in the event of a fire, as well as by increased short-circuit resilience. The transformers are also resistant to salinity and moisture.Buildings and commercial spaces
Buildings and commercial spaces
Dry transformers minimize risk of fire in urban areas, underground garages, shopping centers, and airports, where safety is critical.
Wind farms
Wind farms
For power generated from renewable sources, where you need a reliable and durable solution that is 100% reliable under all conditions and in any weather.
Data centers
Data centers
Used to supply power to a variety of equipment, including servers and cooling systems. These offer numerous advantages, including reduced risk of fire, lower maintenance burden, and the ability to withstand larger fluctuations in load.
Distribution networks
Distribution networks
Zejména v oblastech, kde je nutná minimalizace údržby a rizika úniku kapalin, je důležité zvážit použití technologií, které redukují potřebu kontrol a zabraňují potenciálním ekologickým škodám.
