From 26 to 28 May 2025, our Czech and German sales teams met again for our traditional annual gathering. These meetings are a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences and strengthen the collaboration that is essential to our success.

This time, we chose the Most region, which amazed us with its transformation. Once known for brown coal mining, the area is now turning into a unique nature reserve. Newly emerging forests full of wildlife and crystal-clear lakes – home to many bird species including the majestic white-tailed eagle – prove that even heavily affected landscapes can recover and inspire.

Part of the program was also a safety driving course, helping our German colleagues, who spend a great deal of time on the road, to better prepare for dangerous traffic situations. Their safety and well-being matter to us.

During the three-day program, we also introduced several product updates from our factory – including the upcoming Gravity Line Compact, a new generation of compact dry-type transformer, and the expansion of our product range to include transformers up to 36 kV. We also exchanged ideas on how to better share knowledge and best practices across our international teams.

We returned from Most with valuable insights and a renewed sense of unity. Though we work in two different countries, we are proud to be one strong and dedicated team.
