Pro z\u00e1kazn\u00edky to znamen\u00e1 nejen \u00fasporu prostoru a energie, ale tak\u00e9 volbu, kter\u00e1 je v souladu s principy udr\u017eitelnosti.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Green energy, recycling, and responsible manufacturing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We apply responsibility in our manufacturing processes as well. We use recyclable and environmentally friendly materials and optimize production to minimize waste and raw material consumption. We recycle 73% of production waste, ranking us third among all group members. This year, we\u2019ve also focused on sorting more types of waste, not only in production but also in office spaces. We installed a composter and prioritize employee awareness \u2013 a key factor for efficient bio-waste management. We are also exploring options for recycling the resin generated during the production of high-voltage coils and looking for ways to minimize and meaningfully repurpose additional waste, for example in construction.<\/p>\n<p>We strive to be energy-efficient in our operations too. Since January 2024, our production facilities have been running on 100% green energy. We are also promoting e-mobility \u2013 adding electric vehicles to our company fleet and building charging infrastructure that is also available to our employees. We believe that even small, systematic steps can have a significant impact.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Responsibility to people and communities<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>But responsibility doesn\u2019t end with technology. It\u2019s also reflected in our approach to people \u2013 employees, partners, and the communities around us. Equal opportunities are a given for us; we support professional growth, a safe working environment, and respect for individuality. We are proud that 50% of our managerial positions are held by women. We believe diversity brings strength \u2013 not only human but also professional. We are also actively involved in community initiatives. In 2023, we took part in tree planting as part of our teambuilding in an area affected by intensive agriculture. In September 2024, we provided both manual and financial aid after the devastating floods in the Czech Republic, specifically in the village of \u010cesk\u00e1 Ves.<\/p>\n<p class=\"translation-block\">We talk openly and clearly about the benefits of our products and the values that guide us. The topic of responsibility is reflected in our expert articles, blog posts, videos, and personal approach to customer interactions.
